Capital Region Home Delivery FAQ's

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

New or existing accounts, just simply enter your zip code. The site will allow you to choose Home Delivery if you are within our delivery zone. If not, you will be able to see the distance to the nearest pickup location(s).

What if I live in the Capital Region and Home Delivery is not available when I enter my zip code?

For some places within the borders of the zone on the map, or near the edges - our site may have challenges determining whether or not we can offer Home Delivery. Please Contact Us if you have any questions or need help.

How will I know which day my order will arrive?

Each week we make deliveries on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Our site only allows us to have 1 delivery day on our schedule, and the default day will be Friday. After our order deadline at midnight Sunday, we will spend Monday determining our routes/schedules for the week. You will receive another Order Confirmation by 5pm on Monday that will specify the date of your delivery, that notice could indicate Wednesday, Thursday, or confirm Friday; as to when we will be in your neighborhood.

What time of day will my order arrive?

Sorry, we do not have the capability to share an expected time that your order will arrive on your delivery day or the option to send delivery confirmations once your delivery has been completed.

What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

No problem! Your order will be packed in an insulated box that allows it to maintain a safe temperature for at least 8 hours. In the months ahead we plan to transition to reusable coolers, in an effort to reduce the amount of recyclable material that we generate.

What should I do if I have specific instructions for delivering to my location?
