Once you submit your order

Your card will NOT be charged WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER. Since the final cost is occasionally dependent upon the weight of the items ordered, we can't charge your card until we process your order, which will happen within 48 hours from your delivery date (and often the morning of your delivery). We kindly ask that you keep this process in mind when placing your order and make sure there are sufficient funds for the card to be charged at the proper time. Thank you!


Late orders or cancellations

If you place an order after the order deadline it will not be delivered until the following delivery schedule. So if you miss the deadline or need to add something to your order, please feel free to contact us and let us know what your request is and we will try our best to accommodate you. (No promises) If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason please do so before the order deadline. After that you will no longer be able to cancel it without contacting us.


Your final charges

 If you are paying your order by credit card we will typically charge your card on the morning of the delivery.


Farm Pick-up: If you are paying by check or cash at time of pickup, you will receive an "order packed" email with you final total due. Simply write this amount on your check made payable to “Hidden Camp Farm.” If you do not get the “Order Packed” email by 10AM on the morning of your delivery day, please contact us immediately so that you know what your total is.


Edit or add to an order

You can edit or add to your order. But remember to have it finalized before the order deadline because after that you will no longer be able to change your order as our team will already have processed your order. If there is a need after the deadline, you may call or email us for changes and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Out of stock items

We try to have our inventory updated at all times so that whatever you order online will be available upon packing day. However, occasionally it may happen that something might get outdated or miscounted therefore messing up our inventory and possibly not being available when we pack your order. If this does happen upon packing your order we will contact you immediately to make you aware of it and see what you'd like instead.


Price changes/adjustments

Due to constant supply price increases we watch our product costs very closely and if necessary we might adjust product prices here and there without any notice. However, if we ever make any huge price adjustments across our website we'll be sure to notify you.
