Barbequed Hamburgers

This hamburger recipe can also be used with pork, chicken or lamb.
It is delicious!
Ingredients
- (2 lbs.) Ground Beef
- (1 cup) Einkorn Flour
- (4) Soy-free Pasture raised Large Eggs
- (1/2 cup) Amber Maple Syrup Liter
- (1 cup) Grass-fed Heavy Cream Quart
- (1 tsp) Salt
- pinch of pepper
- (2 tbsp) Ketchup
Directions
Mix everything together, shape into patties and grill.
