Buttermilk Pancakes

Enjoy a delicious breakfast of your own simple pancakes, made with buttermilk.
Ingredients
- (1 cup) Einkorn Flour
- (2 tsp) Backing powder
- (1/2 tsp) Salt
- (1 tblsp) Amber Liquid Honey
- (2 (separated)) Soy-free Pasture raised Large Eggs
- (1 cup) Buttermilk
Directions
If using flour from unsprouted grain, soak flour overnight in buttermilk, then procced with remaining ingredients when ready to make pancakes.
If using sprouted grain flour, mix flour with buttermilk, then beat in rest of ingredients except egg whites. Beat egg whites and fold into batter until well mixed. Fry on hot griddle in butter or lard. Enjoy!
