Ingredients
- (2 TBSP) Grass-fed Meadow Butter Roll Salted
- (2 heaping TBSP) Tapioca starch
- (1 cup) Family Farmstead A2-A2 Cream-Top Certified Grass-fed Organic Whole Milk Half Gallon (Plastic)
- (1 TSP) Salt
- (1/8 TSP) Pepper
- (2 cup) Pasture Raised Ground Chicken
- (1) Small, chopped Onion
- (2 stems) Celery, diced
Directions
Melt butter, blend in tapioca starch. Add milk, salt and pepper; stir and heat until thickened. Add ground chicken, onion and celery. Shape into balls or patties. Roll in beaten egg and cracker crumbs.
Fry in butter or extra virgin olive oil.
