Creme Filled Cookies

Delicious cookies filled with creme and a delicious glaze to sweeten it up for Christmas.
Ingredients
- (1 (beaten)) Pasture raised, Corn & Soy-free Grade & size Eggs
- (1/3 cup) Shortening
- (1/3 cup) 100% A2/A2 Grass-fed Butter Roll
- (3/4 cup) Sugar
- (1¼ cup) Einkorn Flour
- (1 tsp) Baking powder
- (1/2 tsp) Salt
- (1 tsp) Vanilla
Directions
Filling:
1½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp flour
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp vanilla
Glaze:
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3 tbsp butter
Mix ingredients together and divide. Roll each half on waxed paper in the form of a rope, then wrap it up. Chill thoroughly, then cut in 1/4" slices. Bake until light brown. Make a thumbprint in each cookie. Cool and put 1 tsp. filling in each cookie. Melt glaze and drizzle over cookies.
