Ingredients
- (1 1/2 cup) Warm water - divided (105℉-110℉)
- (6 3/4 TSP) Yeast
- (6 TBSP) Amber Liquid Honey
- (1 1/2 cup) Family Farmstead A2-A2 Cream-Top Certified Grass-fed Organic Whole Milk Half Gallon (Plastic)
- (3 TBSP) Coconut Oil
- (3 TBSP) Grass-fed Meadow Butter Roll Salted
- (3 TBSP) Sea Salt
- (9 to 10 1/2 cups) Einkorn Flour
Directions
Combine 3/4 cup warm water, yeast & 3 tbsp honey in a large bowl. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes in a warm place until it is bubbly. Add remaining ingredients. Add flour last one cup at a time and stir after each cup is added until you can use your hands to form a ball of dough.
Cover the bowl and let sit for 30 minutes. Stretch the dough then let it rise another 30 minutes. Stretch again & let rise another 30 minutes. Knead for 5 to 10 minutes until dough is smooth & elastic. Let rise for 45 minutes, divide in 3 loaves, let rise. Just before baking take a knife and make 3 very shallow slashes (just scratching the surface) crosswise over the top. (do not prick with fork). Then bake at 375℉ for 35 to 45 minutes. Top will be a deep brown when done.
