- Pour butter over bread crumbs.
- Beat eggs well and mix remaining ingredients together and pour over filling.
- Toss it to mix well.
Now you are ready to stuff the turkey with filling. But first you want to dip the turkey in melted butter, then rub entire bird with salt (inside and out). Pack turkey loosely with filling, put turkey in a roast pan and cover, then put in oven.
Leave the turkey in the oven at 325℉ for about 20 minutes per pound. Example, if you're turkey weighs 13 LB. you'll want to cook it for about 4-4.5 hours.
