Hidden Camp Farm organic pastured Duck comes from Feather Brook Farm owned and operated by John's brother Leroy in Fort Plain, NY.
All Leroy's Duck`s are hand raised from day-old-chicks. All these birds are fed an organic feed while also having access to the outdoors where they enjoy the sunshine, grass, bugs and scratching in the dirt.
(Typically only available a couple of times per year!)
