Bellies from Local Pasture Raised Pork raised on Non-GMO grains, are used to create this Nitrate Free Uncured Bacon.

No injections or nitrates are utilized. The pork is brined by hand with only Sea Salt and Organic Sugar, then Hidden Camp Farm Dark Maple Syrup - before being smoked with Applewood.
