Our 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef tongue will taste just like most of our other beef cuts but has a much softer texture. Although it may feel a bit more chewy and may sometimes taste like liver, but these problems can be avoided by cooking it properly.

Our beef tongue meat is rich in calories and fatty acids, as well as zinc, iron, choline, and vitamin B12. This meat is considered especially beneficial for those recovering from illness.

Cooking directions:Place the tongue in a soup pot with the salt, and add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook until the outer skin begins to peel off, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Peel off the thick outer skin, and serve.
