Chicken is filled with high-quality proteins and doesn't contain much fat - especially if you eat lean cuts. It contains a rich protein content along with Vitamin B12, Tryptophan, Choline, Zinc, Iron and Copper.

You can also save money by buying a whole chicken and cutting it up into parts yourself. It is actually not that hard to do.

Cooking Tip: You can roast or bake anywhere between 325 and 450℉. When roasting a whole chicken, a nice rule of thumb is to start at 400 to 425℉ and then turn the oven down to 350 after 15 minutes and cook until the internal temp of the chicken is 165-175℉ on an instant read thermometer.

Another Tip: To get the meat very juicy and tender simply marinate it with this marinate recipe and then cook and enjoy!
