Our subscriptions are 100% customizable. Here is a list of some commonly asked questions about how our subscriptions work:

How does subscribe & save work?

Your order will be automatically placed for you 4 days before the order deadline. You'll receive a confirmation email when this happens.

You have 4 days until the order deadline to make any changes to your order. You can add/remove products and make your next order what you'd like to receive. Simply login and update your cart.

Once the order deadline passes, you can no longer cancel or modify your order.


How often will I get an order?

You signed up for {reorder_frequency} orders. If you need to update your frequency, you can do so on your subscriptions page at any time you wish.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock or discontinued, it will automatically be omitted from your order and clearly marked as "OUT OF STOCK".

What if I want to skip an order one week?

You can very easily skip an order from one week to the next! Simply login and choose the next available delivery option.
