Bison Island Ranch

Bison Island Ranch is located about 12 miles from Hidden Camp Farm in Sharon Springs, NY. Owned and operated by Susan Golembeski. 

Susan believes in raising her animals the natural way and does not feed them any grains ever. Just like the cows at Hidden Camp, the bison are 100% grass-fed and finished. In the winter when there is no fresh grass they will eat some nutritious grass hay that has been processed in the summer months.
