Directions

Heat 1 qt raw milk in a saucepan over a medium-low flame until it reaches about 110 F.Remove from heat and whisk in a yogurt starter (find at your local health food store or order online).You need to culture the yogurt by keeping it at a slightly elevated temperature of about 110 F for 8 hours. Some use yogurt makers or an Instant Pot but you can get by with a thermos or by storing it in your oven with the pilot light on.Pour the fresh milk and starter into your preferred culture vessel and wait.Check back 8 hours later and enjoy!When all else fails, you can always BUY Hidden Camp Farm's Raw Milk Yogurt
