Fudgy Brownie

Warm fudge brownies made with einkorn flour and A2/A2 creamy butter are such a good favorite if you're looking for something a little more healthy.
Ingredients
- (1 ½ cup (softened)) 100% A2/A2 Grass-fed Butter Roll
- (1 ⅓ cup) evaporated cane sugar
- (4) Pasture raised, Corn & Soy-free Grade & size Eggs
- (1 tblsp) vanilla
- (1 cup) Einkorn Flour
- (3/4 cup) carob
- (1/2 tsp) salt
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, Mix well.
- Combine flour, carob & salt
- Pour in 9" x 13" pan.
- Bake at 350℉ for 20-25 minutes.
